Birgit Reimer

Birgit Reimer is a superb yoga teacher, instructing in an Iyengar/Thomas style. She has studied extensively with Benjamin Thomas, and she has also recently returned from studing at the Iyengar Institute in Pune, India. Birgit brings a refined precision to each class.

Birgit teaches:
  - 7:00pm Mondays
  - 7:00pm Wednesdays
  - 7:45pm Wednesdays
