Benefits of Yoga
Many people practice yoga for physical fitness and better health, or because they heard that it is excellent for relaxation, but ultimately yoga can be much more.
The word yoga means to yoke or to unite. Yoga brings the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of the individual into harmony.
We invite you to Yoga of Los Altos, a place to explore, learn, and practice yoga while expanding your community of friends.
