Tom teaches an "Iyengar-based" class. Iyengar-style yoga is distinguished from other styles by a strict attention to detail, by holding the poses longer as a student advances and by the use of props to help students into proper alignment and to feel the proper flows. Tom's classes are mixed-level classes that afford both beginners and more advanced students the opportunity to work at their own levels.

His classes combine precise instruction with individualized attention and gentle humor. His students work hard, make progress and have fun. You can find out more about Tom by going to www.alpineyoga.com.
